Good but there needs to be an option for either the booker or the booked party to cut down the total in case of an emergency. (Like we scheduled for a deep clean but there was an emergency water shortage in our area. We still had to pay the full amount somehow). Also please put the advanced booking option on your app, especially for tasks that require advanced bookings. The airtable link isn't working anymore either.

Understood on your comments and will work to address them. For services you need later on, we just launched the Scheduled Booking feature! You can now schedule on your preferred date and time on the Job Summary page. Thanks for taking time to give us your thoughts and we look forward to serving you again.

Another bad UI experience. Can't even check out what my options are before signing up. And once I finally did sign up, the app says "Share your referal code!" But it didn't have an exit button, so even after sharing it just stayed on the screen. So sad, being blocked from what could have been great service. Please fix this, then I'll change my rating.

Not sure how to rate this app. It won't accept details for my credit OR debit cards. I prefer cashless transactions to having to keep cash at home. This is my second go around trying to input payment data, and I get no feedback from the app as to my transaction status - accepted, rejected, pending... Edit: thank you for the response! Will definitely give the app a second chance once my financials are looking better.
